Question How to Put a Rear Ss Lip on a Sedan?

Ok well I'm bout to buy this rear lip for 75$ from a guy on ss gang and i know the rear lip for a sedan you have to cut the lip and bumper now how do I piece it back together? What do I use to put the parts together?

I thought there was a how to on CSS. I know it requires body work.

If you label this thread "how to" it should be a how to not a question. Makes it confusing for others searching for an actual instructions thread.

Is this why I had a question mark there? So it shouldn't be all that confusing if i were to put "how-to" it would be confusing but I didnt. Did I?
