Functional Ram Air Hood

Just seen this. I think it looks cool, and its functional. What do you guys think? I don't even remotely have the cash for something like this right now. I'd like to do something like this eventually.

I just had a CF ss style hood which was functional. Only paid 600 for it at the time. Looked better than that.

Don't know what functionality a "RAM" would add on a turbo, but the hood looks nice. A bit Mustang but nice nevertheless.

Well the air coming through the scoop to the K&N intake would be cooler, theoretically helping to make more power...

But the idea of a "RAM" is to force or ram if you wish air into the intake not to bring colder air in. If your turbo is stock it should be bringing in cold air from inside the fender well anyways. (It's just the word functionality in the sentenced that bugged me) the hood looks good

I noticed when I put my SS Style CF on the balt the temp dropped a degree, sometimes 2 or 3 depending when driving. Car used to run at 178-80 but after the hood they were 176-178.
