Diffuser

There is a stock diffuser underneath the back bumper on my 07 cobalt ls and i think it makes the car look ba cuz its just this grey plastic chunk and its offsets the car, i just want to know what the purpose if it is and how easy it would be to take off/ how to

If you know what a diffuser is then you know the purpose.

As for taking it off it's easy, go under your car take a look at it, I believe a few clips and bolts

Helps with aerodynamics I think. Giving your car down force by pulling air out from under the car faster.
