Just Installed This Front Lip

Hey guys before you say anything hear me out! I like to be different, and to be different, you gotta do things that other people haven't done. I've just recently been able to piece together an SS kit, the missing part was a front lip. I spent days trying to find a front lip that wasn't 3 to 400$. (I'm Canadian) I then came across this lip from ebay, that caught my eye, and I really liked! It was different and something that wasn't to far out there! Anyways I decided to buy it as it was just a bit cheaper, well probably came up to the same price actually, after shipping and all of that fun stuff, canadians suffer from.

Let me first start off by saying if you plan to buy this lip, be prepared to spend a full day trying to mold it to fit to the car. Honestly for the 360$ I payed for this thing, it was junk. It did not fit the car at all and was a good 2-3 inches short on each side. Not only that but the piece litterally looks like it was cut by a dulled hand saw. When I got the piece I felt like returning it, but would of had to pay 100$ to ship it back, instead, I called in the cavalry and spent a full day, heating molding, bending, just to get it all to align up and even with a full days work, there are still some gaps and issues that I have to fix. It was a nightmare and not something I want to do again and definitely not something I would buy, especially for the price.

Anyways here is a picture of it, my car is still in pieces as it is getting ready for the paint shop. I will have more pics once I take my car out of storage, hopefully soon.

What do you think?

It doesn't look bad. If you hadn't mentioned the nightmare it was to install I would've never questioned the quality. That 'Balt looks like it's going to be a real project. What are you doing to it?

alright.... so i'm not the only one hahah i bought this same lip off of ebay (for a hell of a lot cheaper) and i tried fitting it on just to see where it would look and it was ridiculously short... everything that you stated was spot on btw lol. I haven't been able to put it on yet, mainly bc i figured that it would be a huge pain. What all did you buy/ do to get it on there?? The struggle was real when i was trying to get it to remotely fit lol any help would be awesome man!!

Taken Down....
