Dome Light Question

Are dome lights interchangeable? I have the 1 light version, I would like to have the 3 light version. OR, am I able to simply turn the assembly around facing the light more forward?

I don't know the answer to your question, but you could consider switching to LEDs to have a brighter light. Diode Dynamics or Super Bright LEDs would be good places to look.

I currently have an LED in there but still not what I want. Is it possible to maybe turn the housing around so the light faces forward? No one sits in the back anyways

I see. I don't know if it's possible. Maybe one of the other regulars will drop in sometime soon. I've got a feeling Coby might have an idea.

My suggestion if you already have an LED dome light and it's not sufficient, is to add accent LED lighting where you need it by connecting to the dome light circuit. That's what I did to my gold and red Cobalts. These come on anf off with the dome lighting.

Here is the circuit, pin A3, A10 of C3 of BCM. "A3" being the B+ supply and "A10" the control to ground. "A" row of pins is the bottom row on C3 connector.
