Dim fogs and highs

My fog lights as well as my high beams are quite dim. Wondering what you guys may think the problem could be?

Did they recently become dimmer, or have they always been a bit dim? Because I feel like these car's stock headlights are just not very bright.

The guy I bought the car from has aftermarket casings on them, not sure if that could be the issue or not but they've been dim since I've bought the car

Hmm, could you post a picture of your headlights? Might just be the casing.

Is it the same car as you've got in your YourCobalt Garage?
