Painting Wheels

Going to be cleaning up my 18's this winter and painting them for the spring. Wheels are going black on the inside - Imperial blue metallic on the face and leaving the machined lips. My question is what would make the paint stand out a little more. looking to make them pop whether I go with an additional pearl or brighter metallic to add into the mixture. Any suggestions would be great. May use the same mix for the car as well to change it up.
