Not entirely sure what you mean. Manual or automatic?

A lot of people do the royal crown shift boot. I'm sure it's very similar to do yourself. Try to Google "cobalt royal crown shift boot" or something and you may come up with jt

I've made a few shift boots out of different things. Basically you need to cut 4triangles of cloth. 2 triangles wide enough at the bottom to fit your shifter from top to bottom, and 2 triangles wide enough at the bottom to fit it from side to side at the base. They will all need to be about 10 inches tall each, and about 1 inch wide at the top. Sew them together while inside out so the stitching is hidden, and you are good to go...

Here's some of the shift boots I've made. The installed pic was in my ride and the hello kitty and my little pony ones were made for a couple of friends...
