I prefer using the GM stuff. It's a bit steap in price but it works better than seafoam.

I heard putting premium gas every now and then will help clean some things out. Injectors mostly. Can't be 100% certain on that though.

Generally it's not just the premium gas but the better stations that have better detergents in the gas.

Some station are more reputable than others. Petro Canada and Shell are known to have good quality gas. They're always first to raise the prices too. I routinely fill up with 91 every so often. I've never used seafoam or any other kind of fuel treatment. 80k miles and never had a fuel related problem.

I also run to redline daily. There couldn't be much carbon buildup in my engine I don't think.

Yeah shell is supposed to be the best from what I've heard. I usually just use whatever though.. always the highest grade though

We have some stations here with 94. It drains so fast in my tank. Could be that some of it goes unburned.
