    mine are just mesh covers held on by zip ties. I think the actual inserts require some cutting of the original grille slats in order to fit, but I'm not sure. The grille itself is one big piece, but you can get the black honeycomb-style replacements on various places on the 'net

    you have the grille inserts correct? i have a LS and was wondering how the insert on top of the bowtie and below the bowtie sit in there and if you would recommend them cuz im thinking the gloss black metal mesh inserts

    you gonna tint your tails mine is the only black one in memphis with tinted tails and my friends is the only blue ss with tinted tails in the city we need a white one with tinted tails now

    It's easy. Did it myself. Just slip some dental floss, kite string or fishing line behind the badge/emblem and slide it up and down like a saw. Slowly work your way from one edge to the other. The emblem will not fall off by itself when you are done, but you will have sawed through the gunk that holds it on (it's like double sided sticky foam). Gently peel off emblem and use some GooGone or bug&tar remover to get the adhesive streaks off.
