Needen Some Tips Here

I have an 07ss SC 2.0with a 2.9 pulley and I'm putting a short ram air on it and now that it is in stalled my balts rpm is jumping and car eventually dies.now I'm not to familiar with all this tuner stuff I'm still a newbie, but i personalty think that it could be my TB,and Mar,maybe possibly if I'm correct, but hopefully not my tps ...Idk like i said I'm a newbie, and just wanting to know if this is normal to happen and its just a tuneing thing or if i boogered something up.
