Both front wheel bearings, 100,000 miles
Flexpipe broke, header fixed that, 70,000 miles

Really good luck with mine, and I beat it on a daily basis

wow that's amazing guys! gives me hope for my ride. And I'm surprised that nothing has gone on mine quite yet, especially suspension since I'm lowered and the roads here SUCK.

an now i just replaced the rack&pinion an [email protected],500 i hope nothing new comes up soon, although on a good note i've had good luck engine wise "knock on wood" i think alot of my problems were due to getting t-boned.

2005 Cobalt, bought in May2005, now at 213,000+ miles. Also replaced struts and shocks, lower control arm bushings, O2 sensors, brakes, tires, regular oil changes when change oil message appears. Had the floor shift/ignition switch just replaced. Sunroof switch cover is off, as well as getting intermittent check engine light. Other than that, still love the gas milege!
