2008 Cobalt LS Exhaust Question

I bought a 2008 Cobalt LS 5-Speed recently and am looking to upgrade the exhaust. I know it's way cheap but I was looking for a header on eBay and found most are good headers except the outlet is 3.25" which is a weird size. I'm looking at doing a full 2.5" exhaust but with the outlet of these headers I know I'm going to have to buy a Header-Collector Reducing Bushing, but since 3.25" is such a weird size most companies don't make it from 3.25" to 2.5". Most are 3.5" to 2.5" or 3" to 2.5". Now my question is do they make a 3.25" to 2.5" reducer or will I have to go with a different size bushing and if so, would a 3.25" to 2.5" work or would a 3.5" to 2.5" work? Now with that question asked I must ask this, if I get the normal sized bushings would the flange bolts line up or no?
