Geolin48

my daughters 2009 chevy cobalt check engine light came on at 135000 miles and auto zone had a P0013 code which was an intake manifold actuator sensor . I replaced it which was quite easy, but I got all kinds of issues now. traction control, low power, abs, rough idle, shifts hard. I took the part back and got another sensor and it did the same thing. Soooo now I can't drive the car. But i disconnected the actuator sensor plug and it still runs rough at low idle but runs and shifts fine at higher speed and rpm's ( above 2000 ) check engine light still on. I have no idea where to go from here, has anyone else had this issue???
thanks in advance
