2010 Cobalt Heated Seat Issue

So I have a 2010 cobalt lt. where the heated seats button are supposed to be they have that stupid fake button. I recently carbon fibred my interior silver trim and when taking of the face plate around CD player and such I noticed that in that fake button there is a wiring harness with 5 wires going back to the power

Does anyone know what this means? Is my car wired for heated seats because they aren't heated seats.

You sure the wires don't just come from the passenger airbag on/off "display"?

As far as I know, there shouldn't be any wiring for the heated seats if you don't have them.

Ditto to this, as far as I'm aware the only wiring for heated seats that comes factory installed in LT's no matter what is underneath the seats.
