09 Cobalt LS, every time I work on the car I have problems with rusty bolts and such welcome to WNY

Same haha. I usually use PB blaster and a propane torch if its not too bad although I've had to carefully cut bolts off with a grinder in some cases.

Yah PB blaster should come with these cars. The salt out on the roads his not very friendly to a Cobalt.

Lol. An acetylene torch is what they should come with. I've never used a penetrating fluid that actually freed anything up. Once it's moving it helps but a torch is by far the way to go.
