Degree Vs Diploma Vs Degree + Diploma?

I want to become a Social Worker so I can take an Additions Counsellor Diploma course at a College then transfer to a University for a Social Work degree.

Is it better to have a degree and diploma or just a degree?

I'd check to see if any of those counselor courses can transfer to your university as part of the degree. If not, I would say don't bother.

Depends on what job youare looking for/ Remember nowadays it is "not enough" experience or education it is "too much or overeducated". Try to volunteer someplace while getting your degree to get work experience as that is a key factor nowadays it seems.
