The only advice we can give is to get a test. They're readily available in Wal-mart and many grocery stores.
If it returns as not pregnant, then congrats... but otherwise, it is up to you and her to decide how to handle the situation. Discussing what to do after a pregnancy test turns up positive is much too controversial for an open forum since you will have both the pro-life and pro-choice crowd using the thread as a political football. Of course, such an argument usually ends in a ton of butthurt and bans.
But anyways, if you do dodge the bullet, make sure you practice safe sex. Even if she is on the pill, many women fail to take it correctly (Either missing their schedule, or taking medications such as antibiotics that are known to interfere with it). I have always advocated using at least two methods of birth control to help further lessen the possibility of issues. At a minimum, condoms and the pull out method are perferred.
