Messed Up My Foot, BAD!!!

So I was out mowing the river bank yesterday. Getting close to the edge, when it just gave way. Fell about 10 feet onto the rocks at the bottom. Landed on my foot wrong. Pushmower is also done. Had to have my dad and a buddy get me out and home. My foot is swollen real bad and the pain is just about unbearable. I'm on unemployment so no insurance. Ive taken about 12 Ibuprofen. Really no help. Sucks bad. Thats my rant, : (

I broke my ankle last year. It healed wrong so they rebroke it and did surgery. Now I have 9 screws, 2 plates, and A pin in there. I was on crutches for 4 months. I recommend going to a doctor now before that happens.

Just because you're unemployed doesn't mean there isn't help for you. Talk to your DHS office and get Medicaid. It's state paid and any hospital will fix you up with no co-pay. I'm not one usually to tell people to jump on the state paid/govn't paid bandwagon, but for someone who genuinely need it then I let them know.

Laying here right now. My ex works for a sports doctor. Had to break down and call her. Hated to do it but she can get me in for free. Waiting for my sister to get off of work to drive me over there. Can't get a pic. Can't make it to the pc.

Update:
I tore my Achilles tendon. Not completely. Doc said it was almost shredded. Have to walk with crutches for a while then physical therapy. Said I may have a limp for the rest of my life, sucks. Doesn't hurt now though, messed up on pain pills, yay, lol.
