Best Place to Live

Alright guys,

I am highly considering getting out of Minnesota. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place by any means, but I'm getting tired of long winters and I'd love to move to a state with an income tax rate that's not hovering at 10%.

Any of you guys love where you live and want to share why? I'm open to anywhere with a decent economy and mild winters! I know this is a highly subjective question, but I like insider opinions.
