Dishwasher Cabinet

Im going to make a cabinet to go over my dishwasher because right now it just sitting in my porch off my kitchen and I have to hold it up when Im filling or emptying it so it doesn't fall forward. I cant use a regular counter top because the main water line for the house runs right behind the dishwasher.

Dimensions:
29" from the wall to the face of the dishwasher
47" wide from wall to wall on either side of the dishwasher
34 3/8" is how high the dishwasher sits
17" is how much useable space ill have to the left of the dishwasher

My idea is to put a cupboard to the left of the dishwasher so I can put my recyclables in there instead of into a bag in my kitchen. With that said, what do you think I should use for the counter top since a regular counter top isn't deep enough. Does anyone have any design ideas?

im trying to figure out what to use as a counter that I can get in a 29"x47" piece. I've been thinking about maybe getting an old dining table and cutting it to size. I might get a regular counter top and then put like a shelf that will make a regular 25.5"x47" counter top become a 29"x47" countertop.
