Alright guys and gals.. another very non car related topic here. Lol so I have verizon, like some of you may have. You guys know I ordered my m8 the other day. I am pretty disappointed in my shipping experience. I ordered early on Friday morning.. I paid the extra $20 for their "priority overnight SATURDAY shipping".. well I checked my tracking thing Saturday when I woke up and it said it got to fedex's sorting facility in pittsburgh at 4am.. so it processed and went all the way from TN to pittsburgh in 12 hours.. I thought "awesome I live about an hour from pitt.. I'll have it when I get home from work later". Well to my surprise when I got home at 11pm last night.. no phone. I checked the shipping progress and guess what.... STILL at the sorting facility in pittsburgh. Now I am fairly patient and hate to complain because I understand that it isn't always going to go smoothly, and it's not the verizon customer service person's fault... maybe I don't even fully understand what the shipping terms are.. but I figured choosing the "Saturday priority" option and paying for the "best" shipping that it would at least make some progress on Saturday. Lol. Even if I didn't get it Saturday I would have been happy knowing that my $20 extra made it come a day earlier than the free shipping.. but no. Just sat at their facility. So do you guys think I should call and try to get my $20 back? I work hard for my money and want what I pay for.. but like I said, maybe I'm wrong and it states somewhere that Saturday shipping isn't actually Saturday shipping.
Disappointing, call to see what their explanation is.
