ON Amino Energy actually tastes quite good, I find.

Have you ever thought of making your own pre workout? Buying a lot of the base supplements in bulk is pretty easy to do, and you can just flavour it with some different kinds of koolaid. Sometimes mix with sugar or stevia, depending on cutting or bulking.

Nope - pretty damn cheap for the amount I get.

$20 for 30 servings is perfectly fine by me. Sometimes the 65-serving tubs are an even better deal.

Yeah that is a pretty good deal. Pre workout is a bit more expensive up here in Canada I guess. However, it also depends on what is in your pre workout. Most of the time the products are in there, but not in optimal amounts. For example beta alanine is in many, but I havent found too many that give a full serving, so I tend to pick up another bottle and add a bit more on top (If im using brand name pre workout)

This is what I have been using for a good few years now.

Optimum Nutrition | Essential Amino Energy - $19.99

We started off using Jack3D, but that stuff was a bit too crazy. It sure as hell motivated you by forcing you to workout within 10 minutes or suffer being extremely uncomfortably energetic.

If that works for you thats great, but its definitely not a traditional pre workout drink. 100mg of caffeine is on the lower side, normally they have 250+. Other pre workouts normally contain beta alanine, L-taurine, creatine etc. But I personally dont take creatine, so I like pre workouts that dont include it.

Almost got side swiped by a kid in a Maxima going at least 160 km/h. I don't need this kinda stress on a Sunday morning thank you very much.
I need to buy new pants because every single pair I own is too big now haha, and I'm on the last notch of my belt too..

It's almost impossible for me to find a shirt that fits me right.. they are either really baggy or just not long enough haha, either that or way too tight around my chest

I gained 15+ pounds in the last few months (weighing in at 203 now). Pants are tighter than a paintjob and my dress shirts are tight around my chest, even popped a few buttons on one shirt. I usually wear a medium slim fit, but may have to upgrade to a regular fit.
