95 Plymouth Voyager Windshield Wiper Help

my grandparents have a 95 plymouth voyager. the windshield wipers wont work. i tested the wires at the motor and nothing. tested the connections at the fuse and nothing. now this car has electrical issues anyway, but i am trying to find a way to manually rewire the wipers to some kind of other switch. so i dont have to worry about the already faulty wiring... any ideas...? thnx

Only way that I could think of is use proper guage wires and run the wires off of the motor and then to a toggle switch or a rotary switch to control the speed.

Have no idea if that would work though.
