Chevy Cruze

Hey was just interested if any of you guys would replace your Cobalt for a Cruze? I like the Cruze but I hate that its only a 4 door sedan and there isnt an ss model. What do you guys think of the Cruze?

Good a-b car but boring. Now I would buy the diesel over a cobalt just for the insane mpg.

2009 Ford Escape Limited - 3.0L, 6 speed auto, 4x4, 25/33 city/hwy imp mpg.
2017 F150 XLT-XTR - 5.0L, 4x4, 3.55's, E-locker, xtr chrome package, fx4 off-road package.
20/25 imp mpg

Ya hopefully when they release the second gen Cruze they add some more performance into it. I would definitely get the deisel version tho if I had the cash.

For the Cruze 1.4Turbo and vehicle weight, I would get a sonic turbo instead. Cruze is an affordable impala

ZZP sells quite a few bits and pieces for the 1.4. If you're serious enough, you can make that car into a real sleeper.

But yeah, I'd start with a sonic RS myself.

My Brother in law has a White Cruze LTZ RS and its a GREAT looking car outside and in, its slow by SS t/c standards but its just as/bit quicker than a 2.2 I think they're good cars. Its turbo'd from the factory though which is great for modding he has it tuned/intake/DP and it spanked my old SSN/A.

To me, the 1.4L Turbo is good for fuel economy, not power. They shoulda done a 2.4L turbo version SS, off the LE5 SS N/A and added the LNF turbo setup

I think the new 2.5L from the malibu/ATS/Impala would have been PERFECT for a cruze RS/SPORT it has 200HP right there
