Harrisburg Area: Hid Install Help.

I'm looking at getting projectors and Hid's for my car. I don't have any issues with the HID install.

But I want to add the realys go that I use my high beams and keep the lows on.
I seen the steps for doing it but don't feel comfortable doing it myself.

I was wondering if there is anyone around in the area that has done it before that would be willing to help out.
I'm also willing to drive 2 hours if needed.

(10:36:43 AM) Yield2No1: Then you tell me that a cobalt TC doesnt have an optional rear diff
