Warning light issues 2008 Cobalt

I am having issues with my airbag light, TPMS, and brake lights coming on... I start my vehicle and get airbag warning and/or light. Most times I can turn off the car, and re-start it... which the light will go away. Some days it is the TPMS light that would come on, and all pressures are blank. I can do same process in which I turn off the car and restart it, and the light will go out, and all info would then sjow up correctly. I've also had a couple instances with the "brake" light illuminating as well. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Also, are there any low cost OBD devices that might help point out possible culprits?

Make sure your battery is good, these cars do funny things with low voltage.

Ended up changing the battery after a little more research... so far, so good.

Cheapest would be a bluetooth OBDII adaptor and an APP. I use the Torque Pro with an elm 327
