Infamous P0171 CEL Code

2005 Chevy Cobalt 2.2L 4 Cylinder

P0171 System too lean Bank 1

Both o2 sensors have been changed.
Car has been checked for any vacuum leaks and none have been found.
Only other option I've been given is that it's either the MAF or that it could be the 4 o rings inside the intake manifold.
Carb cleaner has been sprayed all around the intake manifold to check for leaks and there was no change in idle, etc.

Looking for any other possible suggestions!

Did you spray clean the MAF yet and check the inlet for leaks, made sure the clamp on the throttle body neck was tight and that the rubber hadn't folded the last time. Check the intake for rub holes and make sure the PCV plastic hose hasn't cracked.
