1 year old battery always dead in -22

My 2005 Cobalt will not start on -22 celsius days. Everyone else's vehicles seem to be fine. My car has 250,000 km new alternator and battery last year.

Factory radio, viper command start.

When command started I leave my radio and blower motor off.

Car turns over, but won't start unless recharged. The battery is 12.2 volts today.

Are there any common issues with these cars draining the battery?

Thanks

Problem solved GM engineers were idiots for putting such a small battery in the trunk that gets too cold!
