Serpentine Belt Replacement Issue

I replaced my serpentine belt and tensioner today because I've been having a squeal at startup. Squeal at startup is gone but now, going from 0 to about 8 mph (particularly when turning left or right) is producing a low squeal.

Ideas? Did I do something wrong or is another one of the pulley's a common culprit?

Is the belt and tensioner OEM (ac delco)?

Hmm..gates isnt too bad, but havent heard of that other brand name...with the cobalt turned off and I do mean completely off, take two fingers and press down on the belt, ensure that it has about 1/2" of play or so...if it has more, then tensioner isnt doing it job and get an ac delco (OEM).

Liten's is one of the brands Advance Auto carries - not swearing by it just one of the only brands available locally. I'll check for play, wondering if it is possible I did not line up the tensioner correctly when I reinstalled? At the time it seemed straightforward based on the walkthroughs I saw online but it's a pretty blind install.

Ah, good old 3rd party stuff. You may have gotten a dead on arrival part. I dont trust autozone or advance parts, since their warranty is very limited.

This past weekend I disassembled, cleaned everything with some carb cleaner and reassembled. I think I either over tightened the tensioner or I somehow didn't line up the tensioner correctly. Reinstalling the belt the second time was pretty difficult unlike the first time. So 3 days in and no squeal... will give it a couple of weeks for the final verdict, but appreciate the help.
