06 Cobalt, No blinkers are working, AC heat controls are stuck

Possibly 2 unrelated problems here but thought I'd try to tackle them in the same post in case they are related.

The first issue is that my blinkers have completely stopped working. No turn signals, no hazards, nothing in all 4. Headlights work fine. I've already checked all the fuses under the hood and in the interior console fuse box. Need some help figuring out what to start looking at next.

The 2nd problem is that all controls on my AC/Heater have stopped working other than the power switch. It blows just fine, but regardless of what the setting are on, it blows heat from the front vents. So I'm unable to change to AC even though it's 95 degrees out here and it's just blowing hot air (assuming it's stuck on heat). It also can't change from the front vents to defrost or change to leg vents.

Any help is greatly appreciated as this is quite the perplexing problem so far.
