Engine Issues

I have a misfire on cylinder #3, It only happens after revving the engine really high then when I idle, it stops working. When I drive up to maybe 25 mp/h it kicks back in and I feel it jolt and is fine until I idle.

I have replaced spark plugs for all cylinders, and the coil pack for cylinder #3.

I went to a shop and they told me that it's not holding compression.

Does anyone know if compression actually could be the problem? I don't know cars that well but it just seems odd to me.

What are the pressure reading for each cylinder? Each cylinder’s pressure could be different by a little but that should all be close. The difference should be no more than about 10psi between the highest and lowest.
