Question Dome Light is Not Working...

Recently my dome light stopped working whenever i would open my door. Ive tried sliding it back and forth and it wont work UNLESS i push up on it.
I guess there is a connectivity problem?

anyone have any suggestions? I took it off and tried pushing it up so it would connect, but nothing. Its really annoying not being able to see at night when i get in my car.

Thanks!

Change the bulb first. I that doesn't work, fix the slider or replace it.

you could probably play with the wires untill you find the one or ones that are loose, then just clamp them back tight with some pliers or something. if that does not work you could try saudering the connections.

I'm not meaning to come across as a ****. Just saying, take it out and use steel wool to clean off the connections. Steel wool you can get just about anywhere and you get the connectors by pulling the entire plastic piece off.
