Electrical Problem?

I'm assuming this is an electrical problem.. it doesn't seem right. When i have my high beams on and i put on my right blinker my low beams come on as well as my highs being on. If i turn Left only my high beams are on. is this a bad switch or does this happen in the balts? PS. it's an 05 base balt

Also Has anyone had the problem where the handbrake or high beam light flashes on for a couple seconds on the dash while driving?

Sounds like a faulty multi-function switch.

My turbo lag is your courtesy head start.

Yeah thats what i was thinking for the light (blinker) part but i have no idea for the dash light coming on.. sounds like it could be a computer problem..?
