Cigarrette Lighter Not Working

my cigarrette lighter underneath the climate controls isn't workig but the one by my e brake is...any idea what the problem could be?

Check to make sure it's plugged in. Check fuses.

I've seen the lighters go bad before ( not on a 'Balt tho)

Make sure you didn't lose a penny down there that shorted it out.

well i checked the fuse under the hood and i am pretty sure that they are connected to the same fuse. i haven't checked behind the trim to see if it has a bad wire or is disconnected i thought id ask on here toe see what everyone said. i guess ill have to check.

check the fuses and make sure the wire is intact and don;t look burned it has happened febore to me tried to tap my interior lights to it without take the negative battery wire..

if they are on separate circuits where are the fuses for them.
