Should it be on when I turn the ignition to the start position before turning the car on? It's on but then turns off once the car is running.

Yes, all of the lights should come on...I think...

yes it should come on its a self test, now if it stays on after its up and running then u have a problem

weapon R secret air intake (SRI), pacesetter exhaust manifold, pacesetter high flow cat, pacesetter catback exhaust. more to come
