Missfired After Stalling?

so I accidentally stalled my Manual so I hastily started it back up and took off and it was missfiring like a bastard(well it felt like it was) you know that studdering shaking feeling? so after not even a minute of driving like that I turned it off while rolling and started it back up and now all seems to be fine.

I'm just a bit paranoid, do you think the Car just had a brain fart?
