Water in My Cobalt

There was a big storm in Phoenix, Az. Street were flooded. I didnít know the stock cobalt air intake was low and close to the ground.... yes I got into a big puddle of water. Car turned off. I tried to start but it didnít. I got pushed out of the water and towed to my house. Air filter was soaked in water. There was water up to the Sparkplugs. I took out all the water from it. The car still run but ii shakes. Any comment that might help?????
