Radiator Drain Plug or Petcock

Can anyone tell me if my 2005 Cobalt (2.2 L) has a radiator drain plug or petcock? It seems that GM isn't putting any type of drain on some of their radiators. I want to flush my Antifreeze and am looking for the best place to drain the radiator. I would just yank the bottom hose, but it is half way up the radiator, and would leave a lot of antifreeze in the bottom. Anyone have experience with draining their antifreeze? Thanks
