Power Steering Keeps Blowing Fuses.

OK so within the last month i have had the recall performed for the power steering and within two weeks i had to take it back to dealership because yet again i had to power steering, they fixed it under warranty and said that i had just blown a fuse. Ok so just this past Thursday i was driving home and my power steering light came on so when i got home upon further inspection i found the same fuse to be blown so i replaced it pulled out of my driveway and less than a block down the road i heard that fuse "pop" and my power steering light came on again. The dealership is giving me a hard time because of "all my electronics" i have in the car which i believe have nothing to do with it i only have a double din tv in the dash, and HID kit, and a system in the trunk not a lot right? So any help or ideas is greatly appreciated thank you
