Wiper Issues (stop Working Unexepectedly)

Hi!

I have an intermittent problem with my brand new Cobalt wipers :

When I put the wipers in intermittent mode (not happening in full speed mode), sometimes the blades (both sides) stop wiping after the first quarter of the windshield and then after a few seconds later the whole thing restarts normally. The problem is very intermittent.

In fact, it's like the intermittent mode are just jumped a cycle of sweeping. Example: wipers are wiping once normally, but the next cycle they stop with the first quarter, then the next cycle it continues the remainder part of the windshield, etc.

I brought the car at the dealer for this problem, but as the problem is very intermittent they could not reproduce it at the time of diagnostic. However that made many time that does it to me, but not consecutive days, it goes good for a few days then the problem started again, etc.

It's not a big issue, but it's VERY annoying especially on a brand new car!!
