Engine Power Reduced

When driving today the traction control light came on then the display read engine power reduced and the CEL came on. After restart it drove fine but the CEL was still on. Any Ideas as to what could casue this?

Update: I took the Throttle Body off and it was full on gunk. Cleaned it up and reset the computer and no more problem.

it may stay on for a bit...mine did after my service traction control came on, even after restarting...how did I solve this from happening again? Took the damn traction control out, nothing but a hassle anyways..no more probs for me anymore
