Reoccuring CEL's

Yea. This has been an issue coming back every couple weeks in my car.

I get the following:

P0128 - Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)

P0326 Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

I can clean them and they go away (for up to 2 weeks) then randomly one will pop back on. Any ideas?
