Headlight Out?

I was driving and noticed at night my drivers headlight was out. When I turn on the brights it seems like its on. Which makes sense because I think they are multi element. But also I noticed when I park and hit the un lock button both lights work too... Does it seem like a wiring problem, or is it a bulb?

Yep they do have 2 element's in the bulbs.
You need to replace the bulb.
You should replace the other side also because the bulbs dim over time. So if you change just one. One will be brighter.
They are 9007 bulbs.
