Electrical Short?

I've seen this problem reported on older threads, but not the ultimate outcome. Doesn't anyone report back a success with the dealer? Having the jerky trans, jumpy gauges, power steering warning, CEL problem that others report. But also power/voltage fluctuations in lights, fan and A/C (but not the radio). Throws off TCM codes which has been replaced. Is it possible that it is a short in or coming from the area of the BCM? There are times when I get a funky sounding, delayed ignition which is almost always a precursor to the problem.

My car does the speedo jumping, headlights blinking while braking, sometimes whole gauge cluster will blink, driver side speaker & turn signal sounds only work when they want.. I'm wondering the same thing!
