Little White Specks

I just recently washed and waxed my car. It rained for 15 min last thursday and it gets really hot out here in texas if that even matters but i noticed after washing today these tiny white spots all over the car even on the windows they are really hard to come off but will come off after scraping really hard with my finger nail so they do come off but there are millions of them how can i get them off?

We have insanely hard water here and the water spots that form on my car are seemingly made of titanium its so hard to get them off. I had to use rubbing compound to get them off the paint, but Im not saying what you have is water spots.

I suppose you could try rubbing compound or a clay bar on the painted areas. If they are water spots of some kind, you could try diluted vinegar on the windows.

Yea, I'd try a clay bar like gp suggested. I dunno what it could be though... very weird.
