Front Passenger Turn Signal Wont Blink - It's Not the Bulb

The front passenger turn signal stopped working, and the rear is doing the fast-blink. Naturally, I replaced the front signal bulb. This has not remedied the issue, and it still does the same thing. Where do I go from here?

Blinker fluid is low........................

Probably another bulb is out. When my rear taillight went out My blinkers started blinkin faster until I replaced the bulb.

Having a fast honda is like coming out of the closet. you surprise everyone at first, but in the end your still gay.

My GMC started doing that and it was the rear bulb. It look good, but was somehow shorted inside.
