Exclamation Spare Tire HELP Needed!

Just got this 2008 Chevy Cobalt LT maybe a LT2? Rear spoiler Pioneer factoiry system. Anyway, got it at auction and the spare doughnut tyire and all the stuff was out. Even after reading the manual, I haven't a clue as to how it all goes back together. This is what I have. I have a contoured insulation and cardboard type deal that I believe goes around the spare wheel well at the very bottom. Then the tire, and the rest is ??? I do have a jack, a wing nut BUT the stud that goes thru everything is two different sized threads and my wing nut just fits the top portion so even if I drop the jack in the spare, the wingnut won't tighten it all down. Now I have another smaller cardboard deal cutout with insulation and then the top cardboard with cargo area carpet.

I believe I am missing some things here! If anyone can help out with a detailed list to put this all back together and a pic or two I would greatly appreciate it!
