Squeaky Steering Column

Does anybody else's steering column squeak when it gets cold? Just annoying! Sounds like wet rubber.

Fixed it. At the firewall there's a rubber boot that covers the actual column, I pushed the boot down a bit and sprayed some teflon lube where the column enters the boot. No more annoying noise. Thank God, or Ala or Budda or whomever is politically correct today.

Noise was only there when rapidly turning the wheel like when you parallel park or do a stop to stop turn.
