07 2.4 Cobalt Temp..
i have a 2.4 cobalt and my temp looks like its been running from 189-212 i think this is pretty high?? what could be happening?? fan not coming on?? thermostat? 2 days ago i smelled sumthing burning saw smoke got home and no smoke came out no oil missing no coolant missing..

That looks normal if you were in traffic. But you can check fuses. The minute you put A/C on a fan should start. This will at least tell you if one of your fans work. Then let it idle and wait to see if both fans come on at around 215-220. Coolant can get hotter than 212ºF without boiling.

I'm kinda nervous its pretty high still Idk what the smoke was from.. I was at a light with an integra floored it, but then 2 lights later there was smoke and coolant was at 212, but then there was no smoke after a 15 min drive at 55 going home..

What temp should I be worried at
You've got nothing to worry about, I've got My car up to 235 ish once with no problems
